We Paid, But Never Saw the Work: Checkatrade Fail.

Although I paid the full amount upfront, the work was never done. Communication became impossible. It's been weeks, and I'm still left with a house in disarray.
Their customer service has been unhelpful throughout this whole process. They provided empty promises. It feels like I've been taken advantage of.
